1. Digital Products

All websites sold are digital products. Upon download, no refunds are offered as the product constitutes digital merchandise. Live demos are available before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

2. License

Each website purchase grants you a single-site license. Installation is limited to one domain. Resale is permitted once and must include the domain name. Reselling multiple copies violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Each purchase includes one license key, which activates the website on one domain during setup. Using the same files on additional websites requires an additional license. If you move your website to a new domain, contact us and we will transfer your license.

Download links in your order email are personal and remain valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. Please do not share them. If a link expires, contact us with your order number for a new one. Licenses for refunded orders are deactivated.

3. Affiliate Revenue

Revenue from affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, ClickBank, Commission Junction, etc.) is earned by the site owner after configuring their own tracking codes. We make no income guarantees.

4. Hosting & Services

Hosting and SEO packages are subject to their own terms. Monthly SEO subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no long-term obligation.
